Built at Midnight is committed to making this website and its digital products as accessible as possible to all users, including people with disabilities. This page outlines what we've done, where we still have work to do, and how to reach us if something isn't working for you.
What web accessibility is
An accessible site allows visitors with disabilities to browse the site with the same or a similar level of ease and enjoyment as other visitors. This can be achieved with the capabilities of the system on which the site is operating, and through assistive technologies.
Standards We're Working Toward
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines define how to make web content more accessible to people who use assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice control software, and magnification tools.
What We've Done
We've taken the following steps to make this site more accessible:
Structure and Navigation

Known Limitations
As a small, independently operated business, this is an ongoing effort — not a one-time checklist. Here's where we currently have known limitations:
Platform (Wix)
This website is built on the Wix platform. Some interface components — particularly in the shop and checkout experience — are controlled by Wix's infrastructure, and may have accessibility limitations outside of our direct control. We work within the available tools to maximize accessibility, but we can't always override third-party components.
Digital Templates
Our templates are built across several platforms — including Airtable, Notion, Google Sheets/Docs, and Canva — each with its own accessibility characteristics. We do not currently have formal accessibility audits for individual templates. If you use assistive technology and encounter issues with a purchased template, please reach out and we'll work with you directly.
Embedded Forms and Tools
Some pages include embedded tools or external forms (e.g., audit checklists, intake forms). These may have accessibility limitations depending on the platform they originate from.
